\frown and \smallfrown both produce the same result #436

The data for \smallfrown should produce a variant form since both \frown and \smallfrown generate the same unicode character. Similarly for \smile and \smallsmile.

The issue436 branch of my fork of MathJax includes the fix.

These are already in the testsuite:

./symbols/relations-1.html
LaTeXToMathML/symbols/symbols-6.html

I'll just need to update to update the symbols-6.html ref.

=> In testsuite, Ready for release
