Math Zoom: Equation with "width" attribute specified overlaps #460

Equation with width attribute specified, eg "<mtable width="570px" ..... ".
While zooming in using mathjax, the zoomed-in equation elements overlap each other. It can be reproduced in this jsfiddle example:

Just to recap from the discussion list, the issue is width being specified in pixels, and the pixel size isn't scaled in the zoom process. So I think the solution is to scale that. I haven't looked to see how hard that will be, but I'm hoping it is not too hard (I think it is just changing one parameter, but I need to check that that doesn't have any adverse repercussions).
