Columns except the first one have more space than the first column. This makes matrices look asymmetric. Minimal exaple: $\begin{bmatrix} 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 \end{bmatrix}$ This only happens in v2.3. I have only tested on Firefox.

In order to work around a bug in Firefox's computation of the widths of elements in tables, MathJax sets a min-width for the mtd elements. It turns out the computation for this didn't take the padding used to separate the table cells into account properly. That needs to be fixed.

Fix incorrect min-width for mtd elements. Resolves issue mathjax#699.
