math element with style attribute containing border or padding causes SVG output failure #930

A <math> element with a style attribute that has a border or padding specified causes the <g> element that does the transformation to flip the fonts over to be lost.

A test case is

<math style="border:1px solid blue"><mi>x</mi></math>

Add the SVG transform for flipping characters AFTER we have added col…
…ors and borders (since they can alter the svg.element, moving it lower in the chain and even removing it). Resolves issue mathjax#930.

This is fixed in the issue930 branch of my fork of MathJax.
