Suggestion to add TCP/IP functionality.

Allow for the emu to accept input from a remote client over tcp/ip similar to the approach used in the virtual machine tutorial. without requiring a rebuild from source.

Ideally this would allow a windows/linux client to send commands to an instance of emu running on a server that can connect to the PS3 over bluetooth.

This was meant to be an enhancement not a defect.

For performance reasons the TCP/IP support will be dropped and replaced with UDP/IP support.

The GIMX client now tries to get the controller type of the GIMX server.
In case of failure, it just takes the default controller type.
