Missing Device Brand icons

Icon for OPPO is missing.

Icons for Sharp, Siemens, ZTE, NEC, Fly, ETouch, Ezze and Spice all have an empty icon; they are all the same as the Unknown icon.

Hi here are vector eps formats of some of those missing logos above. I can adjust size if so desired to a spec so Matt if you have more definite specs let me know. To anyone who sees other logos missing if you include a url to manufacturers web page i can ensure i get the correct logo or worst case I can vectorize and match as closely as possible.

I tried to add them via my mac, the github client didnt support my OS for cloning and updating repositories, i tried making my own repository but no luck either. I added them in the right format at least tweaked them for the smaller size. Hope you can use them.
