Synthetic Monitoring User Agents not detected #5799

I've seen a lot of users agents, with PTST/ keyword, but aren't detected as bots. PTST comes from Page Test. For example Archive.org, uses different user-agents than the ones device-detector has. I think those that match PTST should be detected as generic bots.
