GErman IP 85.183.194.82 is interpreted as a USA IP by Piwik, which is wrong. It belongs in Germany. http://www.showmyip.com/ maps it to Germany.

NOTE:
I've set this to 1.x milestone, but please reschedule if you think it's not important enough. I find it important, as it is compromising the usefulness of the app if its demographics reports can't be trusted. And I suppose fixing this is a simple matter of using an updated datasource for geolocation.
