Site Search reports totals do not match Visits Overview

It looks as though the Site Search reports totals are not matching the "total searches" shown in the visits overview:

These searches were made using a combinitation of the trackSiteSearch javascript function and the standard Site Search tracking using the URL. The results were multi page results (As you can see in the screenshots) which potentially looks to be the main contributing factor here?

@peterhashair did you reproduce this? Be good to have a bit more understanding about this issue to determine priority, labelling it as a Bug or Regression and providing some extra details would be helpful.
