Action information is partially hidden in visits log when they are too long or when not much space available

I was viewing the segmented visits log and an event was shown see below image:

The event details were partially hidden and not fully visible. I was hoping to see the full event details on hover but this wasn't the case.

Same applies to other actions like a regular page view:

This is especially a problem on mobile where barely any information is readable (and also hover is probably not working well there so this could require a different issue and solution for mobile maybe).

@tsteur There should be a tooltip shown on hover, which shows some event details. But it seems the action title is not repeated in that tooltip, so it's impossible to see the full name if it's too long.
Adding the title to the tooltip should be fairly easy. But finding another solution for mobile is a bit more difficult, as actually all details from the tooltip are not shown at all.

For mobile, couldn't the solution be in some kind of fold/unfold (as it is done to get visit dimensions for example)
