Feature Suggestion based of Adobe Analytic, suggested by a user of Matomo.

In Adobe Analytics, no reports are available by default for end users.
There is only the possibility to create custom reports :

As a result, the end user has to think about what she/he wants before to request it to Matomo, which is a really smart approach.
It is even saving a lot of calculation from the server side.

"I was thinking that maybe you could considerate this as a plugin on top of the custom reports premium feature.
The custom reports premium feature would have a checkbox to check named (blank project mode).
Once ticked all the categories are disappearing except the custom reports one.
End users will then query Matomo straight away and saving lots of server calculation."
