Add Support for Multiple Superusers

It would be nice to have the ability to create more superusers, so every system administrator has his own account and we dont need to share the acount credentials with each other.

As per http://forum.piwik.org/read.php?3,18941,page=1#msg-97832 you plan to do that but need funding. So I suggest you leave this ticket open instead of wontfix.

We have a plugin that can be used to set several super users. we shall publish it in a few months for piwik 2.

Actually we don't even have such plugin ourselves, I was wrong... This is still an "accepted" open feature request that we may implement in the future!

In e4b425b: refs #4564 #2589 added possibility to define multiple superusers

In 743d7b8: refs #4564 #2589 do not allow to edit a users websites permissions if user is superuser. Reload page after successfully changing superuser permission to make sure it is afterwards possible to (edit / not edit) websites permissions
