Maybe we can create subsections in the plugin listing:

  • which plugins are 'Core Plugins' and enabled
  • which plugins are 'Marketplace Plugins'
  • which plugins are 'Developer plugins' (ie. all the ones starting with Example*)
  • which plugins are 'Disabled' (for disabled plugins no need to group them by type, all Core+marketplace+developer plugins can be listed on same level)

it would be most useful to separate "active" from "inactive" plugin. I think the correct way would be to split them in two tables in the UI.
