Theming: some images not overriden by theme images

In the Map footer, the "Cities" icon is not replaced by the overriden icon in

http://demo.piwik.org/plugins/Morpheus/images/cities.png

There are others icons /assets affected. A missing rewrite in the Theme.php code.

Bugs:

• that Page overlay calendar+Help icons are not replaced eg . http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=Overlay&period=month&date=today&idSite=7#l=http$3A$2F$2Fforum.piwik.org$2F
• The logo, the text "Page Overlay" and the rest are not aligned vertically. Looks a bit weird...
• The hover color for the actions, e.g. "Open Row Evolution" are still orange. Maybe it would be good to search all CSS files for the orange color code.
• when annotation is created, icon shows Zeitgeist annotation

When an option from the cog icon below a data table is used, e.g. the report is made flat, the old cog item apperas and is highlighted in orange. It should be the new item and probably highlighted in red.
