Real time map: west coast visitors are not clickable

There was a report that visitors from the west coast of the US are not clickable in the real time map. This seems to be caused by some DIV preventing the click, see attached file.

This bug still exists in 2.2.0. Any plans to fix it? It makes the real-time map fairly useless if you're mousing over the west coast of the US.
