Update currencies

Please update currencies in piwik/core/DataFiles/Currencies.php. Estonia and Latvia have Euros (). Kroons and Lats are not in use anymore. Also the URL mentioned in comments doesn't exists: http://www.iso.org/iso/currency_codes_list-1.html
