Error: it seems you tried to skip a step of the Installation process

Same here.

Tried almost every browser available on both Windows and OS X and I always end-up with that "it seems you tried to skip a step" message.

Hello @mruz13 and @ths-la, thanks for the report. Could you please send me an email at matt@piwik.org with your info? It would really help to have access to FTP to your server where we can reproduce and so we can fix the issues.

In your "System check" maybe you have any particular warning (such as NFS filesystem) ?

Just to give you a little more context, I'm on a Gandi hosting marketed as "Simple Hosting" which is basically a VPS.
