Remove Zeitgeist theme from Piwik and support only Morpheus

Unfortunately it is easier to only support one core theme for Piwik at this stage.

We will now focus on making Morpheus the best theme for Piwik, with a flat design, letting you focus on the data. Zeitgeist which was the theme of Piwik 1.X will be retired for now, and it may later come back on the Theme marketplace!

Tasks:

• Remove Zeitgeist from codebase
• Remove all references to Zeitgeist in the Sourcecode
• Remove mentions in developer documentation
• New Update task to disable Zeitgeist/enable Morpheus?
• Update task should also delete plugins/Zeitgeist folder if it exists

Why Theming?

Piwik is an open platform for analytics. Having theming as a core feature is an important part of the platform vision. When you track so much data, and spend so much time using one tool, it comes a point where you need to have full control over how it looks and behaves. Plugins let you change behavior and do amazing things with Piwik. Themes let you create a new look and visual experience for Piwik.

In a few months it will be easier to create Themes as we focus on making Morpheus a great theme that will be rather easy to extend. Stay tuned, for artists to create interesting themes. maybe end of year / early 2015?
