New hooks in Login: 'Login.authenticate', 'Login.authenticate.successful' #5331

To let plugins customise the Login mechanism in any way, we would like that the Login plugin posts useful Events.

In particular:

When authentication happens: 'Login.authenticate'
When login is successful: 'Login.authenticate.successful'
