When I search a website through the search field below the "All Websites dashboard", the filter only works correctly if I use lower-case characters. If I include upper-case, the list of results is empty, even if I precisely copy the name of a website that uses mixed case.

(Experienced with version 2.3.0 on various installations).

In b4eaf2b: fixes #5382 make sure a search with upper case characters works
