To allow for more flexibility and advanced use cases, it would be useful to be able to create a custom request content processing logic which gets called before request content is sent to tracker.

This was requested in pull request: https://github.com/piwik/piwik/pull/325/files

This will for example allow plugins to define a custom Javascript function that enhances the tracking request, for example to collect new data.
