display clear error message in tests if test or fixture has incorrect namespace #8680

When a test has an incorrect namespace, TestingEnvironmentManipulator will not be able to find it when setting up the test environment for child processes. This results in subtle, hard to debug errors.

Somewhere, there should be a clear message saying the class is in a namespace that cannot be found through the autoloader.
