Bridge discord server as matrix space? #738

It would be nice to be able to bridge a full server to a space, so all rooms that are added or removed on discord get the reflected on matrix and vice versa.

This is something I'm working on for t2bot.io as a side project fwiw. It'll be sent upstream once it's ready.

It's a work in progress though my priorities are a bit uneven at the moment, leading to this falling behind.

I believe some GSOC applicants are still interested in contributing this despite the project not making it in for 2022.
