In the CS API section there's an extended discussion of the experience on clients that don't support transaction IDs, ending with the statement that some future API version will resolve the issue by attaching the transaction ID to the remote echo. Meanwhile, the text just before points to the place where the transaction ID can be found, clearly showing that the future API version is already here. The proposed cutting drops obsolete re-iterations on the same subject, including the "future version" statement.
