Thanks for opening a proposal! I haven't taken an in-depth read yet, but would recommend manually wrapping the lines to make it easier for others to comment on them. Something around 80-90 columns is generally best.

Additionally, we'll need a sign off before it is eligible to be merged. This is easiest done by leaving a comment of Signed-off-by: Your Name <your@email.example.org> here on the PR.
