Simvastatin and cholesterol model

This repository provides the simvastatin and cholesterol physiological based pharmacokinetics model (PBPK).

The model is distributed as SBML available from simvastatin_body_flat.xml with corresponding SBML4humans model report at https://sbml4humans.de/model_url?url=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/matthiaskoenig/simvastatin-model/main/models/simvastatin_body_flat.xml
