I've continued on from Roman's pull req #13 and removed the dependency on clj-apache-http, which appears to be a dead project at the point. I've replaced it with the actively maintained clj-http. I also did a bit of general cleanup. All the tests pass here and I've tested it with an update of clojure-twitter (another pull request is coming in a minute for that). Roman and I have also tested it with github's oauth.
I hope this isn't too much to digest in one go.
Removing lein-swank as a :dev-dependency
Technomancy suggests in the README of leiningen to avoid putting
lein-swank in the project's :dev-dependencies, instead install
this via `lein plugin`.
