If you are new to mtCellEdit and you don't want to build all of the packages from source, you can test the main mtCellEdit program using the attached AppImage which should work with most x86_64 Linux distros from 2014-2018 (e.g. Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, openSuse, Gentoo, Arch, Slackware). If you download the binary somewhere on your system and then run it using:

chmod u+x mtCellEdit*.AppImage
./mtCellEdit*.AppImage
