Hello, and thanks for the great work.

I'm trying to complete commands with fasd, but the way -shell-candidates, -shell-completion + the fuzzer work prevents fluid and clean completion.

I tried ugly hacks with a prompt simulating a command line, mapings on all keys (no hooks in prompt) and menu, but the menu steals the focus and empties the prompt line when it shows up.

The feature I need, as I see it, works like -shell-candidates but on chars, not on tokens, and with the fuzzer disabled. Maybe we need to allow async update of the candidate with a more complicated timestamp mechanism, but a first synchronous implementation would be great.
