Better mciSendStringA, and ignore playlists with the same start track (which triggered repeated starts of the song).

  • Contains a fix for Virtua Fighter 2 and similar cases where the requested track was the start track AND end track, which resulted in no music at all with this wrapper.

  • Works on at least SSE capable CPUs (Pentium II and later)
  • Works on Windows XP
  • Does not contain any game-specific fix
  • Music is played even when the START_TRACK and END_TRACK are the same number
