This is in preparation for adding a new `goinfo` command to emit version and platform information, which will be useful in generating bug reports.
This corresponds with the value reported by "Apple > About This Mac".
This new builtin identifies the go-script-bash framework, the Bash version, and the operating system environment. Useful for bug reports.
Closes #216. This should make it easier for people to file high-quality issues. Tweaked CONTRIBUTING.md accordingly, and fixed a stale reference to mbland/custom-links.

This was a vestigal name that should've been updated in a previous commit.

Also makes
lib/platformoutput a bit more robust, motivated by the creating of./go goinfo. I'll also open an issue to make the core of_@go.goinfothe core of./go vars, which will itself become more flexible.
