    ATM this is used only for Sequences, since they stop/start the same Function over and over again.
    The outcome was that postRun (therefore attributes reset) was called AFTER
    requestAttributeOverride() + start(). With this flag, and knowing that a Chaser will use always
    the same attribute ID, intensity can be preserved and applied at the right time.

    Unified into a new setAction method that allows to specify many more details
    (such as intensity or fade mode) before performing an action on a Chaser step.
    In this way, VCCueList has more control over steps blending and intensity adjustments
    that are now applied when a step is started, and not ticks later.
