remember is an extension for Quarto to save and restore navigation position across page visits, for HTML documents, Quarto books, and Reveal.js presentations.
Everything is kept in the reader's own browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
quarto add mcanouil/quarto-remember@1.3.1This will install the extension under the _extensions subdirectory.
If you're using version control, you will want to check in this directory.
The full documentation lives at https://m.canouil.dev/quarto-remember/: the two options, what each format stores, when the reader is prompted, and the site itself running the extension so you can try it.
example.qmd is a short, standalone starting point you can copy.
