Links using ng-href directive are not properly marked as active.when are loaded through ng-include

Change active class to selected in navbar

Mobile Angular UI's activeLinks do not work correctly within ng-include

mcasimir/mobile-angular-ui#262

Need to use another class name different than "active", so activeLinks
does not remove the class put with ng-class

Fixes #130
