Major backend re-factoring, basing off PokemonGoMap now.

Updates should be much easier now, since I don't have to modify the map code for each new release.

Google account support was removed for now, it will be added back in at a later time.

Official Linux support has been removed as of this release. With the Unknown6 bug, Python modules must be compiled and I don't have the resources to support more than OS X and Windows. If anyone wants to provide Linux support, I moved the build system to use Grunt so you should be able to add support via that.
