Major backend re-factoring, basing off PokemonGoMap now.
Updates should be much easier now, since I don't have to modify the map code for each new release.
Google account support was removed for now, it will be added back in at a later time.
Official Linux support has been removed as of this release. With the Unknown6 bug, Python modules must be compiled and I don't have the resources to support more than OS X and Windows. If anyone wants to provide Linux support, I moved the build system to use Grunt so you should be able to add support via that.
Fixing issues with Mac and Windows distributions not running correctly.
NOTE: This release is broken, please use version 0.2.1.
