Switch to Windows 11 keymap on first launch if running on Windows 11

Hi,
I went to run TWBlue on my Windows 11 machine, and got told it switched me to the Windows 10 keymap. None of my keys worked, either. I had to go into settings and manually set it to Windows 11.

Windows version: Windows 11 21H2 (64-bit) build 22000.1098
Can this possibly be looked into? Idealy, it would set me to the Windows 11 keymap if on Windows 11.
