Deprecation of mdb-array, mdb-header and mdb-parsecsv

mdb-array, mdb-header and mdb-parsecsv are very old tools that generate C code / C code fragments.
I fail to see a use case in a modern environment, and I think it would make sense to drop them, or possibly just stop distribute them.

So one likely future is that these tools won't be available any more in a future release.

I am trying to read a Jet 4 file and would like to extract the header but to no avail. mdb-header seems useful towards that cause. If mdb-header is deprecated, will there be another way to fetch header information?

I used mdb-array to read database tables to c arrays. Please keep this util. It is very useful at times.

I use MS Access extensively for work. It keeps track of all my product information and pricing. So if this is being deprecated, then please advise on a way MS Access can be used in another platform.
