Allow constructor to specify one or more hints. Solver can reveal hints if they need to to help solve. Probably add something to the leaderboard that shows whether or not hints were used. Definitely add to constructor stats table.

Now that you can submit multiple solutions I think this is unnecessary - if a constructor would like to provide hints they can use spoiler text in a blog post and it'll solver can reveal the spoilers as needed.
