Installs official node.js .pkg in mac os x platforms.
Doesn't use dmg package because it adds .dmg at the end of downloaded file.

Cheers,

Hi @angelabad

I add you patch in a PR here redguide/nodejs#8

I add mac_pkg but put homebrew by default (via package).

Can you review it?

Hi Guilhem, In two or three days I will test it in mac server, but in my
opinion the default option should be .pkg install.

.pkg is official, has no dependencies, and uses the official mac installer,
and you can select the version you want

Homebrew package depends on homebrew, you depends on third party coders to
make the package, you only heve one version available, and isnt official.

For example I don't use homebrew in my macs at the moment.

Cheers,
