Update mongoose to v5 #1943

Mongoose currently has v5 that launched fairly recently. Most of the breaking changes can be found here:
https://github.com/Automattic/mongoose/blob/master/History.md#500-rc0--2017-12-28

They don't seem to directly affect the project mostly, but I could be wrong. Might be worth looking into

Hello, we use connect-mongo for the moment : jdesboeufs/connect-mongo#275
not ok with last mongo and mongoose

They work on it : jdesboeufs/connect-mongo#284
