Update license.txt to correct the FSF address

Replace license.txt with http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.txt.

Excluding whitespace changes, the only change is to correct the FSF address
from 59 Temple Place to 51 Franklin Street.
