Major issue with IE and HTML5 #140

Hey guys,

Just spent a couple of hours working with a bug on your plugin.

If a browser doesn't recognise html5 tags (like ie 7 or lower), the childNodes loops on your code doesn't work.

html5shiv or something similar needs to be in place for it to work.

This is a major thing. You guys should let people using the pluggin know. Or let me know I'm dumb and that I missed something.

Happy to discuss this one further.

MediaElement.js has html5shiv code in it already (document.createElement('video')).

You just need to make sure it runs before your audio or video tags.
