It is an online environment to apply JS scripts to a network. The result can be many things like an image, text or structured information, or data like node attributes. The scripts are called "recipes" and your network must be in the GEXF format (usually used by the Gephi software). Upload your network, chose a ready-made recipe or copy-paste one from any external source, tune it if you want, and apply it.
The tool is purely client-side, no data is uploaded to a server. You can pull and install it with a simple npm install.
