jquery.URI breaks img-elements in IE9 #48

When jquery.URI is loaded, img-elements that get created by javascript are broken; the src-attribute is replaced by an href-attribute.
See this test-case: http://jsfiddle.net/SzZ8q/1/

Nice one! IE9 has a problem: "href" in document.createElement('img') === true;

I switched the order of properties and it should work now. the fix is included in v1.7.3 (available as of now).
