Exposing $trigger to dynamically built custom menu-item types
This is useful when a custom command type is defined which builds itself off of the trigger element. For example, a custom command type which sets its color to the same as the clicked element.

Set backreference for callbacks earlier so we can use it in show events.
… trigger with ignoreRightClick set to true. Without this patch all subsequent right-clicks, after an initial left-click, will continue to show the context menu. What we expect is for any subsequent right-clicks to hide the menu. To achieve this we need to set ignoreThisClick to true on a right-click if ignoreRightClick is true.
