Version 1.8.1 does not work properly on android 10

Observed behaviour

When I install, then accept all permissions and press HELP ME CHANGE

Expected behaviour

I would expect to be prompted to `Set Medic Gateway as your default SMS app...

Steps to recreate

1. Install v 1.8.1...
2. Open gateway.
3. accept permissions
4. next screen > Select HELP ME CHANGE
5. Observe that nothing happens.

Notes:

1. The same version 1.8 works well with android 9 (at least this particular button)
2. Older versions of gateway (1.7.x) seem to work on android 10
3. No error in logs
