Is there any ways to force English instead of using system default language?
For example I'm using Russian as a default language but living in Ireland. This makes your app useless in the emergency situation, because of the Russian interface.

I spread my time between Australia and Poland so I like the idea that upgrading to Premium allows for multiple profiles. What I would like to see in your app is the ability to select the language within the profile itself so I can have one profile in English for when I am in Australia and another in Polish for when I am there. Two profiles are needed because contact details and doctor/hospital details differ between countries. If this is not easily achieved, the ability to manually change PREVIEW, headings, labels, field names, and sms alert text would be helpful.
