This is a small board intended to allow mounting of 80 mm fan (71.5 mm hole spacing) onto low-profile PCI header for LSI RAID cards (53.5 mm hole spacing) in order to provide better cooling to adjacent card. Comes in useful if your RAID controller is overheating.
