Panning occurs on right-click #6

Normal browser navigation is only triggered by left clicks. But panning is triggered by any clicks, e.g. right-clicks are meant to trigger a context-menu.

This should be fixed in the HEAD of the 1.1.x branch.

Need to check on IE10 - not sure if event.button is consistent with the W3C event model.
