Enhancing the spatial resolution of hyperpolarized carbon‐13 MRI of human brain metabolism using structure guidance

This code reproduces all experiments from the paper "Enhancing the spatial resolution of hyperpolarized carbon‐13 MRI of human brain metabolism using structure guidance" [1] published in MRM.

Getting started

The code has been tested using Python 3.8 and a number of packages. The version numbers of the most important ones to generate our results are:

  • ODL [1.0.0.dev0]
  • NumPy [1.20.3 or 1.22.3]
